SMS Terms and Conditions

1. SMS/MMS Consent and Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Immanuel Works International, Agape First Ministries, or our network of missionaries and pastors, (“we”, “us”, “the organization”) you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include important updates, ministry information, announcements, and other communications related to our programs and services.
2. Providing Your Telephone Number and Notification Obligations
You affirm that the mobile number you have provided to us is accurate and current. You represent that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of any telephone number you provide. If there are any changes to your contact information, including changes to your telephone number, you agree to notify us immediately by sending an email to [email protected] before the change takes effect.
3. Consent to Receive Automated Communications
By voluntarily providing your telephone number, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Agape First Ministries regarding our ministry, programs, services, and your relationship with us.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase or donation. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may unsubscribe from our SMS/MMS messages at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in response to any message you receive from us.
You may also email [email protected] to request that you be removed from our text messaging list.
You agree to receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
5. Assistance and Help

6. Carrier Participation
Participating carriers in the United States may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other wireless carriers. Not all carriers may support our SMS/MMS service. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No SMS is guaranteed to be delivered. Do not expect delivery. If you desire more reliable messaging please install Signal.org app.
7. Data Collection and Use
In connection with our SMS service, we may collect your mobile phone number, carrier name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, along with other information you provide.
This information may be used to contact you and deliver the services and communications you have requested from us.
8. Service Modifications and Termination
By subscribing to or using our SMS service, you acknowledge our right to modify or discontinue the service, with or without notice, at any time.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Immanuel Works International, Agape First Ministries, and our network of missionaries and pastors against claims, including privacy, tort, or other claims, arising from your voluntary provision of a telephone number that you do not own, your failure to notify us of changes in your telephone number, or matters related to the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or applicable state-law equivalents.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from such issues.
10. Participation Requirements
By participating in this service, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, are a customer of a participating wireless carrier, and have a text messaging service.
Cell phone compatibility, text messaging capabilities, and service availability may vary by carrier.
11. Miscellaneous
You warrant and represent that you possess all necessary rights, powers, and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions and perform your obligations under them, and that doing so does not conflict with any other agreement to which you are bound.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
12. Message and Data Rates
Agape First Ministries does not charge for the text messages you receive. However, your mobile provider’s standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your text and data plan.
